Hoot N Holler Cricut Lite card

I am loving these new Lite carts. I know some were balking at the $40 price because they only have 50 images, but of the ones I've seen, I think there are more images on each cart I will actually use than on a full content cart (or even some of the solutions or minis). Anyway, here's a quick card I made just now with the Hoot N Holler cart.
This cute gal is owl 11 on the cart cut at 3". I used mostly scraps except for the flower paper, which is from the Sassafras Nerdy Bird collection. The branch is branch 2, cut at 2 1/4". I added some doodling with my white Ultimate Gel Pen by American Crafts. The background paper is from Sassafras too, the Apple Jack collection. The sentiment is Hero Arts from their Huge Hugs set. This was really quick to make and fun too. Gotta love those owls!
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful weekend!

Here's a card I made for our dear friends who are the proud grandparents to the baby boy I made the shape album for. I just love the baby from Stretch Your Imagination! His sweet face is from Peachy Keen stamped with SU Chocolate Chip ink. All the patterned paper is from Kay&Co, Itsy Bitsy Baby Boy stack. The Sentiment is a stamp from Flourishes. The little heart buttons and button brads on the baby's pjs are some from my stash.
Inside I wrote "Welcome to a whole new world of love, small enough to fit in your arms, big enough to fill your world with joy!" And to those grandparents out there, I know you know how true that is!
As always, thanks for stopping by.
