The first challenge was to make something with a bird on it. Right up my alley, since my new favorite cart is 3 Birds on Parade!
The image was cut at 3 3/4. The sentiment is from MPS Spooky Puns set. The witch hat is from Studio G and heat embossed with Clear tops Black Gems embossing powder.
